SPECIALIZED FOOD SERVICES INC. is a Canadian company established in 2018. However, our exposure to the global seafood market goes back to over 20 years, through our association with a large food company in the Middle East having worldwide operations.

Services to Our Network of Global Buyers
While representing our associate seafood processing plants, we provide the following professional services to our
customers (buyers) worldwide:
- Offer high quality products from a reliable supplier at the most competitive prices, in bulk or private label packaging
- Negotiate the prices on behalf of the buyers and satisfactorily finalize the supply orders
- Co-ordinate with the supplier factory to ensure that the buyers’ orders are prepared as per the product specifications and packaging
- Ensure that stringent quality control measures have been put in place throughout each stage of production till the finished product is packed for loading
- Arrange for pre-shipment inspection of the cargo
- Confirm on-time shipment
Brand Management
We also undertake the work of launching new ethnic food brands in the Canadian market on an exclusive basis. The work
includes:
- Thorough market research to identify the ideal distributor having extensive market coverage
- Co-ordinate between the brand owners and the distributor to meticulously prepare the launchpad for the brand
- To closely monitor the introduction of the brand and oversee that it is well distributed and readily made available in the maximum number of retail outlets
- Conduct periodic market visits to study the movement of the product vis a vis the competitive brands
- Suggest, organize and conduct sales promotion programs, whenever required
- Evaluate the gradual development of business
- Handle market challenges, if any
- Prepare strategies to strengthen the further building up of the overall sales and profits
